I’m still stuck in Europe going broke
No problems. Met our needs and we've used you twice now. We'll be back. Thanks a lot.
I am at 83 days of waiting for my refund. I was originally told 12 weeks. Today I was told 132 days. This is an unacceptable amount of time for a customer to wait for resolution of a claim. I currently have another policy for an upcoming trip, but am contemplating a cancellation. If someone could address this issue I would appreciate it.
Process has not completed.
Not expectations set on timeliness or OTHERWISE of claim processing.
Glacial claims processing.
Thus review sent before the claim is finalized.
Required me to initiate communications rather than squaremothe being proactive.
Everything has been very easy so far, however due to weather I missed my connecting flight. I will be filing a claim but getting a written response from Southwest is still a work in progress. If I don’t hear back from them in 5 days I will be contacting you for further advice.
It's my second time using this insurance when traveling; my daughter is the one whom put me on to this company, she travels all over the world. We both agree that whenever we call a live person answers the phone, which is very important for us.
Respect

We cancelled the trip due to a medical emergency which precluded flying.
We are filing a claim for unrecoverable lodging expenses that Expedia and Hotel could not renegotiate.
I have spent hours trying to get help TO NO AVAIL - I have concluded that I have been the victim of a scam and plan to report same to consumer authorities and on line references for customers such as Yelp etc unless help is forthcoming immediately
We were told it would be 76 days to review and respond to my claim. I am inquiring if I need an attorney. This has been a nightmare.
My experience purchasing was just fine. I have submitted my claim with John Hancock, but I finally called after not even getting an auto-response. They told me it will be 88 days before the claim is reviewed.
