This is the second time I’ve gotten travel insurance from John Hancock through Squaremouth.com and I would never buy insurance through any one else. I’ve had 2 unfortunate issues that required me fining a claim, John Hancock took care of the claim favorably and expeditiously. I recommend them to anyone traveling.

Our travel provider went bankrupt shortly before our trip. We filed a claim for the return of our deposit. The intake person was very helpful and the form was fairly easy to complete. We received a full refund in a timely manner. We were very pleased with the whole experience (except, of course, for losing our tour!).
The travel company I used for a trip to China went bankrupt. I filed a claim with John Hancock. They reviewed the case with the information I sent to them. I received full reimbursement for the amount I paid the travel company. No problems and I am glad I had the policy
Fortunately, we did not need to use the emergency care. I plan to get more coverage again for my wife and myself when we fly abroad.
