I called the next day after i returned from my trip to do a claim. John hancock insurance agency told me that they will send me a email to do the claim. But till now i havent get any email from them.

Thank you for the refund when I had to cancel the insurance. It was easy to do. There was no interaction during trip as per question #5.
We needed to add another traveler to be insured for the trip and were accommodated and the cost was minimal. Also the insurance benefited as two people were detained at London and the proof of insurance convinced the customs that they were legit and could go on the next flight to their destination!
Fortunately no claim was necessary. However, I was impressed in the process of arranging for our coverage for the personal attention.
Would gladly recommend your service to others.
