    We need to make a claim for a delayed bag, and so far everything sounds like it is going well. They were quick to provide directions and assistance to us regarding what we were able to do and what was covered while our bag was delayed.

    I called to inquire about cancellation information since my Grandson had injured his knee one week before our trip. I was assured that we would be covered and the representation emailed me the claim form to be filled out by the Doctor. ( if needed)
    We were fortunate that the injury did not require surgery and that we all were able to enjoy our trip. Great customer service!!! Thanks

    At this point, not much to report. I need to file the claim. Ordering the insurance was very simple and went smoothly. Thank you. The person I spoke with was not particularly helpful. She just sent me forms.

    RoamRight handled my claim very quickly, I was very happy with their service and will definitely continue to use them for my travel insurance needs!

    Not much to add at this point. Had to leave the ship at the end of week one of a two week cruise. RoamRight uses a different company to assist travelers who experience difficulty mid trip. While this company made a good effort to contact a traveler who is in constant motion from ship to ER to hotel, etc., they were really not of much help. Made hotel and flight reservations on my own as they didn't really give any assistance. So far, RoamRight has been quite helpful helping me submit my claim, but haven't heard from them since the initial filing.

    RoamRIght is a company I would definitely do business with in the future. When I called in to initiate my claim the person on the phone gave me complete instructions on how to get started online. I completed the online form and uploaded scans of requested documents. A few weeks later I received an email from RoamRight requesting two additional documents. I sent them and a week later received payment for my entire claim which included half of my trip cost (the portion of the trip I had to cancel), an overnight hotel room, and airfare for my wife and myself to return home. I have no complaints whatsoever regarding the way RoamRight handled my claim. My only complaint concerns a company RoamRIght uses to assist travelers who left their travel in a strange city (we were on a 2 week cruise). This company was not really helpful at all (they were supposed to help get us a room for the night, transportation to the hotel, and arrange for air transportation back home). It turned out that I had accomplished all of the arrangements without their help.

    My claim has already been paid and I would use Roam Right again. In fact, I have yet another policy with them for an upcoming trip. The only thing that was a problem was that I had to file a claim because of a family member's health who was not traveling with us. They were not able to attach the medical information for that person to our claim until I called them.
