    Great product and great service. Very easy application process. Would recommend this to everyone. Gave us a piece of mind as we traveled 12 days out of country.

    Although I did not file a claim, Squaremouth and RoamRight representatives were very kind and answered all of my questions swiftly which made me feel really comfortable when purchasing my insurance.

    Fortunately, we did not have any claims. However, our flights were rescheduled without our knowledge, which was very frustrating. Unfortunately, such chicanery was not covered by our travel insurance.

    It was so easy using their Web site to select the "perfect" policy for our needs, from dozens of different companies, with varying policies and coverages.

    The site is well laid out and they make it quick and easy for me to compare different policies. When I had a question, their representative was immediately available to assist me in plain simple English.

    This is the 2nd time we used Squaremouth and we have recommended it to many of our globe trotting friends.

    PS. Did I mention they were about half the price of the policy my travel agent recommended?

    This was my first cruise and I got burned by a few rookie errors.
    The one related to insurance was that I thought I needed firm dates before buying insurance and it took several weeks before the travel agent and. Cruise co agreed on extensions. So the deadline passed and I was not covered for pre existing conditions.

    I'm not sure if something like this is covered with insurance. My husband, not through the ship, booked a tour for our 2nd day in Venice, before we boarded the ship. It was from 9 to 1. When we got the Marriott Courtyard on May 12, there was a letter from Azamara stating that the bus would be picking us up the next morning at 10:00. This made it virtually impossible to go on the City Wonders tour ($167.62). Azamara would accept no responsibility for this, even though their paperwork stated that we could board the ship between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. Would Squaremouth be able to help us on this?
