    The best experience on a dissapointing cancelled trip. The Roam Right people were excellent in taking care of our case. Other companies delay and question trying to lower the benefit, not Roam Right.
    We will recommend your services to all our friends and family. Top shelf service!

    The company was just great no issues about the claim, in fact we just did another policy with them.

    Thank you for your review. If you would like a status update on your claim, you can contact your assigned claims administrator, email the claims department at claims@roamright.com, or call them at 855-762-6252. Generally, it takes 2-3 weeks for a decision to be made on a claim.

    Calls to/from OnCall were reassuring, Sometimes it was a while before they did answer a left message ("your agent is busy, will contact you later.")
    I would recommend the insurance despite its large cost.

    After my wife wounded her leg in Venice, RoamRight was in touch with us during our stay in Italy as we met with doctors in Venice, Florence and Rome. Because of this, we were able to complete our vacation, with no worries about medical care. When I submitted the receipts from our experience, They cut us a check without question, and without delay.

    You can't do any better than that!

    RoamRight gave me far better coverage than what was being offered by our tour operator... for much, much less.
    Better coverage means more inclusive.
    We will NEVER travel internationally without RoamRight.

    Overall experience at this time is 5 star. We did have to file a claim for a lost iPhone 5S upon our return as it was lost on an excursion for a sunset cruise. I have filed the necessary paperwork to RoamRight, and we are awaiting completion of that claim.

    Based on our past experiences with SuareMouth and RoamRight we expect our overall rating of the purchase to remain a 5 star experience.
