About 7 months prior to our trip the tour group company cancelled the trip and we had to choose a different date. I called RoamRight and explained the situation. Customer service was wonderful. We kept the same policy, but changed the dates of the trip. No hassle, no extra charge... I would definitely use RoamRight again!!

Purchasing the insurance was so very easy, unfortunately my husband required emergency surgery the week we were to travel for our 20th wedding anniversary trip.
I wish we had received an email stating our claim was received and in process.
Yesterday, we received the EOB's, however, nothing states how or when the payment will be issued. We do appreciate the insurance, and how quick the claim processed.
We also wish we could have collected the entire cost of our trip, as now we will have to use the Cheap Caribbean credit for our next booking and they not be the best price or booking.

Was ill on cruise. Needed Dr care. Have submitted my medical costs to my insurance company. If they pay all of it, then I won't have to file a claim using my travel insurance policy. If they don't cover it, then I'll file with you.

My husband and I filed a claim regarding our early departure back to Utah due to terrorism that took place in Paris which was our next destination.
We have provided details with expense receipts and are hopeful for our claim to be accepted and processed by Squaremouth.

Spoke with Roam Right customer service 2 or 3 times to increase coverage amounts as we finalized trip arrangements. They were informative, reassuring, and happily we incurred no additional costs to do small changes in coverage amounts.
