overall experience purchasing online was good
Used for a relatively pricey 50 day cruise to Brazil. No problems getting it ordered. Printable cards were a little confusing to access. Email and cards did not match (reversed names/numbers on the two passengers). Phone call to customer service indicated - insurance in force, no problem. Since I never needed to file a claim it's hard to know for sure if that was accurate.
I thought the policies were on the expensive side but wouldn't do this kind of a trip without it.

The claim was settled for less than the amount claimed, due to lack of receipts. It was a small amount that I didn't have time and desire to fight back which is what happens in most of the insurance claims.

My claim was processed very fast, and received a check only a few days after it was complete. It was a very painless procedure!
RoamRight requires that I submit my claim with my health insurance provider so they can see what, if anything, is covered and presumably pay the difference. I filed the claim with my health insurance last week and I'm waiting for their EoB.
