I will gladly provide more feedback after I know the outcome of my claim. Our rental car was broken into and a little over $1,000 of hidden electronic equipment and a very expensive rain jacket were stolen. I have provided police report and all supporting documentation. Looking forward to a future review after claim is settled.

I have filed for the loss of cell phone ,which I had lost it on 14th February while I was in Bangkok, the claim was filed on my return in Tx. on 3rd of march. and I am waiting for the customer service or an email from the insurance claim.

The doctor said they were typically able to direct bill travel insurance yet I had to pay cash and file a claim after I got home.

The medical doctor in Costa Rica usually can directly bill and be paid by travel insurance yet I had to pay the doctor and file the medical bills when we returned home.
Terrible insurance company. I've gotten no communication unless i reach out. Terrible, terrible business, and the still haven't processed my claim.
