Unable to take trip due to medical problem( spiber bite and infection). Claim was paid but I feel it took longer than it should have.

Please know that under normal conditions our claims process is much quicker, and we are working diligently to return to that state.

Thus far, RoamRight is avoiding paying the claim based on language that is not in its contract or EOB.
I was reluctant to buy travel insurance and unfortunately, my fear was justified.
