We didn't take our cruise vacation due to medical circumstances! We contacted RoamRight and have sent in all the necessary forms and required paperwork and have not heard anything from them since we sent in the forms except an email stating that they received our claim and were reviewing it on October 31, 2016.

I called twice and was put on hold and then told our claim wasn't even reviewed after being received over 1 month prior, due to the high volume of hurricane claims and then put on hold again and disconnected. The second time I called I was disconnected immediately without even an operator answering the call. I am very disappointed with our treatment to say the least.

Kiplingers Magazine mentioned insurance through Squaremouth in its Travel article so I felt confident that it was a reputable site. When I found the RoamRight policy that fit our needs the price was so low I was concerrned . I read every review, checked the BBB and presented many questions to the insurance rep. It passed with flying colors. Fortuneately we did not have a medical need during our trip but I feel confident that it would have been handled very professionally.

It was easy to purchase and spelled out your coverage .Also a phone number was provided in case of any problem you might have while on our trip.
