The claim agent was very patient and understanding and helped every step of the way. Communication was easy via email, claim was easy to file online. We will definitely use them in the future.

During a later telephone call to RoamRight, I talked to a female employee who treated me very humanely and with respect. This is the first year that I insured any of my group travels...meaning the tours themselves. I booked four tours in October, 2015 for 2016. It was the third trip that I had to cancel. Except for one male employee that I found to be quite offensive, the female employees were very cordial and professional. I was given much information which was very helpful in order to file my claim. Since I documented eerything very well, my claim was processed very quickly. My fourth trip in 2016 is in December and I feel as if I am in very good hands with RoamRight. In the future, I plan to insure any of my group tours with RoamRight.
