Experience was great. My daughters flight to Ecuador was delayed 3.5 hours due to weather and we were not sure she would make it to Dallas in time for the flight to Quito. Contacted Roam Right to figure out the options. It was a relief knowing there was a back up plan. This was all before she even boarded! Did not end up needing service but I won't ever travel without it again.

Time will tell, but my previous interaction with Squaremouth and the companies they provide for travel insurance was extremely good.
RoamRight did acknowledge our claim within 24 hours of generating the claim, but as of today September 2, 2016 it has not been settled. Claim was for $4198.96 to cover the additional cost of the same exact car in Boston rather than our original destination.

The only confusing I had was that when the claim was paid, and in a very timely manner, I could not understand why I was only getting 1/2 to the amount claimed. I did discover a bit later that half was paid using my insurance and half was paid to my wife's insurance policy. Once I understood everything was GREAT!
We will never travel without an trip insurance policy in the future and have already gotten trip insurance for our trip in May of 2017.
