    RoamRight checked in with us after the attack in France to give us information if we needed help. Fortunately, we did not but it was nice to know that they were available and ready to help.

    There was a little bit of a mix up initially, but it got straightened out and RoamRight paid the full amount due. It was very quick and the customer service rep couldn't have been nicer. Thank you RoamRight; I will certainly recommend you to family and friends.

    Do not understand pricing. My daughter got similar insurance in the same time period with your company. She paid less for two people

    Thank you for your review. Our pricing is based on a number of factors, including age of travelers and trip cost. So even if your daughter purchased two policies, there is a chance her premium was lower because of the factors mentioned above.

    Arch RoamRight policy: Essential

    So I have been trying to contact some in the Airline regarding my suitcase being broken. As I sat on the plane I watched from my window as they threw luggage on the ground like it was nothing. Now my suitcase is ruined. The entire inside including the handle is shattered and broken in to many pieces. Can someone please help me?

    I will be using them again. Our connection flight home was cancelled and we had to stay overnight in Chicago. I filed a claim and received a check for our hotel in less than 2 weeks. Their customer service was excellent! The initial cost for the policy was much lower than other travel insurances I have used previously.. This was the first time I have filed a claim with a travel insurance company and was impressed with the ease and efficiency of claim filling and reimbursement. I would definitely recommend RoamRight.
