Excellent experience dealing with Roam Right.

Squaremouth was recommended to us by a friend. We were very pleased with the customer service from Roam Right.

Talked with Customer Service long before the trip to modify some details -- travel dates, number of people -- nothing major. Was taken care of quickly on the phone with email confirmation. Thankfully no problems on the trip, so no need for further interaction.

Our connecting flight from Denver to Honolulu was cancelled on June 19, 2016. I called RoamRight on the same day and informed the Agent of our predicament. She was very accommodating and sent us the link on where to file the necessary claim forms. It was the highlight of an otherwise dreary day!

This, I think, is my third usage of Squaremouth. When I had a question last time, it was easily resolved even though it took long time to get somebody to answer the phone. She was pleasant and easy to speak.

Spoke on phone. They emailed the claim forms. In process of gathering all required info to submit.to RoamRight.

Always recommend squaremouth.

Good information for the traveler.

We planned this particular trip a year in advance. This meant that after my initial purchase of insurance from RoamRight there were three additional costs I needed to add to the policy as the plans evolved. My contacts with Customer Service were pleasant and efficient. Even though travel insurance is costly, it's always good to have completed a trip NOT having to file a claim.

I had to make some last minute corrections in the term of the policy (my daughter did not give me the correct dates) and customer service made happen smoothly.
