    RoamRight was a really good choice for travel insurance. My computer was damaged on the flight home and was covered in full when I submitted my claim. The Claim process was easy and payment came in good time. I am highly satisfied and would buy insurance from them again. I will also recommend them whenever the opportunity arises.     Claim process took a bit longer than I would have expected, but it was handled without flaw by Roamright. Will use them, and Squaremouth, again. I am a very satisfied customer.

    There are so many options for travelers insurance but RoamRight is the best. Easy to use website and the price differentials per each different rate accurately represent what will be covered! Luckily during my travels there were no accidents, but RoamRight gave me the peace of mind to enjoy my adventure!

    I purchased Peace of MIND at an excellent cost. Thankfully no issue arose where I would have to test the value. For me, I will use this in future travel.
    Online experience and short talk with agent to answer questions was 5 star.

    I had good experience with the company. A week before my trip i wanted to add $ to upgrade a benefit, I called customer service and got told that the insurance company will consider it and let me know in 48 hours. No respond was given to me at the time, and I decided to leave it as it is. Otherwise satisfied. Thank you!

    Best rated insurance at best price. I made a mistake on my termination date, called customer service and within 5 seconds it was fixed. Outstanding service. Highly recommend over all others.

    It's easy to compare policy levels and easy to contact customer service. I had to change dates as I didn't realize the cruise line would book us on a red-eye, necessitating adding an extra day. All went well.

    Luckily we didn't need to file a claim, but the peace of mind was worth it.

    I called to ask about coverage for moving to a different hotel after I found a heroin needle in the dresser drawer of the one I was staying at with my two year old daughter. The representative coldly told me that the situation wasn't covered, end of story.

    That is indeed a terrible experience. Travel insurance is designed to cover lost expenses due to trip cancellation or interruption for a variety of covered reasons. At this time, it does not cover changing hotels for situations such as the one you experienced; we are held to the policy as it is written in the Description of Coverage you received at the time of purchase.

    However, we do encourage you to approach the hotel directly for a refund and compensation. If it was a chain hotel, we further recommend that you notify their parent company about your situation.

    We will also review your communication with us to remind our representatives the importance of empathy. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention as it can help us enhance our customer experience.
