    I didn't need to use the service while traveling, thankfully. Everything was fine, although I think the company would prove themselves a 5 star one if they were to be more proactive in providing clear instructions as to how to navigate certain emergencies or care if necessary in the countries where I was traveling. Giving them 5 stars simply because I knew they existed, yet never had to use them, doesn't seem 'earned' to me. What I did feel while traveling was a lack of certainty regarding just exactly how to handle everything if something were to go wrong. To me, "insurance' also means insuring a person's confidence and informing them before anything has occurred.

    We had to file a claim due to an accident I had 1 month before leaving. Customer Service answered all my questions and explained the policy in detail and what I needed to file. I filed all paperwork.. They were very prompt in contacting me with a question (my mistake in filling out the paperwork) and immediately issued the insurance payment after our conversation. Very satisfied with their service and would recommend them to others.

    Highly recommended! Filed a trip delay claim after an international flight was cancelled and RoamRight reimbursed us promptly and completely for our new last-minute flight and all other expenses we incurred. Claim process was easy and was completed entirely online.

    Unfortunately my wife was diagnosed with cancer before the trip and we had to cancel due to her condition. We were able to get all but the deposit back from the Disney Cruise Line as that is there policy because it was past the cancellation date. I contacted Roam Right claim service and with a verification letter from her physician and the proper claim form the claim was approved and processed within several days. We received the payment from roam right for the deposit amount we had given Disney within 10 days. Easy to do business with, Iam extremely happy with Roam Right.

    I began feeling ill on a Friday.....I was to leave for Miami and then Cuba the following Tuesday. I saw my doctor on Monday and she advised me not to travel. I called my travel company and then at some point filled out the claim info for RoamRight. I don't remember the timing of all of that as I was not well. A week or so later, I emailed my claim rep to do a follow up. I was advised that the claim had been approved and a check was in the mail. RoamRight was very professional and timely in their response. I will definitely recommend them to all friends and family.

    My interaction is not complete with Roam Right yet. To date my experience with Roam Right has been good. They quickly responded to my email and also sent an email letting me know they had received my claim. Once the claim process is completed I will be able to give a better and more complete review.

    Thus far, interactions with RoamRight have been entirely online. I have submitted all paperwork and am waiting for a determination of the claim. I am a bit surprised that I haven't been contacted by a live person, but I have received periodic e-mails from costumer service so I am being patient.
