Well there was a lot of paperwork involved in filing the claim the process made sense and was handled quickly. They were also very helpful on the phone.
The customer service rep was very helpful in explaining what policy would be best for us based on the risk we needed to cover. Without his assistance we probably would have selected the wrong type of coverage. Fortunately, the trip went well and we didn't have any unexpected events.
After my flight home was cancelled with both baggage and flight postponed 24 hrs I called yr agent from Charlotte Airport and explained my situation. I was told to keep any receipts, no problem. After arriving home without luggage as it was "still in St Thomas " I explained to yr agent that I would need to purchase a few items such as a hair brush and undergarments. Much to my surprise your coverage does not apply to flights home unless my bags are never recovered. This info was not printed on my coverage selection page I had in my hand and Im sure it was not outlined as important for me to know when I purchased the policy or when I called from Charlotte. As I still would have purchased trip cancellation insurance from some provider who probably has the same deceptive marketing techniques, I can tell you it wont be your company in the future. Lack of transparency and accountability in this world is so annoying and you obviously care only about your bottom line not how you achieve it. Guess I'll have to purchase trip insurance from the number 2 carrier next trip.
RoamRight did not process my claim properly. I became very ill and was hospitalized and RoamRight did all they could to not pay my claim. Awful customer service.

We actually thought we would be filing a claim because we were guaranteed by Royal Caribbean that we would be able to make a 11:40 flight return flight home but we were not able to get off ship and make that flight. We got to airport as our flight was departing. We were very upset about that because we had obligations and needed to get home that day. We were very surprised that southwest was able to get us on a flight 4 hours later all 10 of us. We figured we would have to stay over. I don't assume that we have any reason to file a claim because the airlines did not charge us any thing. So other than a couple of extra meals we were not out extra money.

The claim process was easy. Both the website and the customer service representative were very helpful. There wasn't much paperwork and it was processed quickly. We did have a very straightforward situation.
I recommended Square mouth to my fellow passengers. They were pleased to hear they can buy medical and evac insurance without having to purchase trip,and cancellation insurance.

So far the claim process is going well. I just got the physician's report and will be mailing it in today. The help with the claim so far has been excellent. Buying the insurance was with a whole group of insurances on-line so not too personal.
If claim goes well which so far it has then I will be completely satisfied. You should probably survey me after that.
I found it a little difficult to find medical evacuation insurance only, not as a part of a general travel insurance policy. Also, a friend called your customer service department directly to obtain quotes. She was sent more choices than I found on-line. That being said, I found, and purchased, what I was looking for.
