    I am waiting for refund on a cancelled flight from Sacramento to Belize city. American is "reviewing" our request and taking their sweet time. Can square mouth help with this process?

    I thought I would be making a claim since my luggage had still not caught up with me after a week at home. I contacted Roamright about procedures and received prompt reply. A second question was answered just as promptly and clearly. Fortunately, I finally received my luggage so no claim will be filed

    Representative was understanding and helpful in extending the effective dates of policy before we started trip, explaining that the policy actually had a longer validity period beyond the one-week period for which it was purchased.
    Wonderful customer service - will continue to use RoamRight/Squaremouth for our travel needs, and will continue to recommend the service to friends and colleagues.

    I was buying insurance with "cancel for any reason" coverage because I was booking a trip that I knew had the potential to cancel. I had read the fine print and Q & A of a few different company's policies and knew that it could be tricky documenting a cancellation, so before buying the policy I asked a few questions to the Squaremouth staff and they directed me to The Roam Right claims department. I communicated with Roam Right both by phone and email and they were very helpful and specific. I sent them copies of my airline tickets before purchasing the policy to be SURE that they would accept this documentation and they assured me they would. As it turns out, the tour guide DID have to cancel the trip due to low registration, so I did file a claim. Roam Right processed my claim with exactly the documentation I'd asked about originally, along with a letter from the tour company, and did not require any further documentation. They reimbursed me 75% of my plane costs as promised and I received my check within a week. No quibbling, no hassle. I will definitely use them again. It was comforting to know that if I DID run into problems Squaremouth would be there to back me.

    I've used Roam Right before and will continue to use them for all my travels. Customer service is outstanding!! I'd give it a lot more than 5 stars if I could.

    We had to change our flights and accommodations due to a death in the immediate family. Roam Right handled everything very professionally. I had to resubmit some copies but the claim was processed quickly and Roam Right reimbursed us for the full amount. We always purchase travel insurance when we travel overseas but this was our first claim. We will definitely choose Roam Right again in the future.

    Unfortunately my dream vacation to Fiji did not turn out as planned. The second day at our destination resort, I fell and broke my pelvis in 2 places. I called Roam Right and they were there to help me get home. Sadly it took a week to get home as they flew 2 nurses to Fiji to accompany us on the trip home. We used our original plane reservations and they upgraded me to business class. I have been home for over a week now and have not heard from them as to our next step. I plan to call them.

    I have been trying to adjust to life in a wheel chair for the next few weeks., It being Christmas time has probably caused some delays.
