The process was simple and straightforward. Everything was done online. I'm 100% satisfied with roamright and would recommend them to anyone . I had to give a rating for my interaction with roamright during the trip, so I gave them 5 stars. However, I didn't go on the trip to to an illness of one of my travel companions, so that particular rating was made up just to be able to complete the review

From the time I made my first reservation until my entire travel package was in place took 20 days. Thanks for having a 21 day window for including pre existing medical. The trip had to be cancelled due to serious medical complications. We're almost ready to submit our claim
It is like dealing with a huge black hole. Everything goes in and very little comes out. Whether I get reimbursed or not it will be the last time time I will deal with Roan Right. Delay and three weeks to handle a claim and then more delays.
I have tried to explain to xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx that there was not doctor involved when I cancelled the trip; until after i came back home. I got my letter from her cardiologist and forwarded it to him. No response.
I really hate doing this as I am the sole caregiver for my wife who has both a heart problem and Alzheimer's Disease. So to say I am stressed is an understatement. I will try to stay away from any company or service that causes me more stress than I already have. I am not looking for a pass because of our situation, just some service.
This is my last and final attempt at getting compensation. i will however, do my best to offer my solicited advice should anyone ask me.

My bag is lost in Rome, fortunately our cell phone was not in the bag, then we contacted them Immediately after we lost the bag, they provide me some information to solve the problem very quickly. So far so good with RoamRight untill now. I just submitted the claim form, hope I can get my compensation quickly
