    I was not able to get good info from your customer service. At the end we did not have to get home but I guess it was my fault for not reading the policy before I bought it. I dont think I would use your service again.

    We had a month-long trip to Europe planned and fortunately purchased insurance for this very expensive trip.

    Just a week before departure, my husband became quite ill and was admitted to the hospital. Upon release, he was directed not to leave the country. So, we had to cancel at the last minute. Our tour operator and the airline refunded nothing, so we were very grateful to have trip insurance.
    After emailing them hundreds of pages of documentation from the hospital and doctors, the claim was approved. Although it took several weeks to move through Roam Right's process, they only requested one additional piece of information and the claim was paid in full just last week.

    I would be happy to purchase from them in the future!

    Sign up was easy,only needed to add info to policy directly with Roam Right and get more info about coverage.We
    were extra careful because last year ran into trouble making a claim when signed up with another company.

    I would use squaremouth again for comparisons and Roam Right again.

    I was traveling with my friend and her children. Because my friend has medical issues (that are well managed), it is necessary to purchase insurance "just in case".

    I contacted Roam Right just before departure, because I realized that I did not have copies of our policies. They were quick to find them and email the to me.

    While we had no medical issues on the trip, my return flight was cancelled. This was Saturday, and the airline could not confirm me on a flight to my home airport until Monday. I was looking at the possibility of a long, unplanned stay in Orlando. I called the 800 number to confirm what my benefits were should I need them. Thankfully, I did not - I was able to stand by and get on a flight home. But the bottom line was that Roam Right was easy to reach, and able to provide me with clear answers to my questions.

    Filed a claim for a lost stroller. They paid for it without any hassle. It just took awhile (about 1 month). I think they could have been a little speedier in processing the claim, but overall pretty satisfied!
