If you pay my $108 claim you are 100% perfect!

We were suppose to go on our trip in May of last year, but the travel group canceled the trip because there were not enough people. So, I called RoamRight to have them switch the dates of the trip and they told me that we would have to buy a whole new policy. I called Squaremouth and asked if they could help.They easily called RoamRight and had the dates switched without any additional charge. Thank you SquareMouth!

Lots of choices and the customer service rep helped me figure out what best suited my needs.

I did not understand that delayed baggage reimbursement was only to cover expenses related to the delay. If I had, then I would have have felt it would be okay to make purchases rather than try and avoid them., I could have traveled by taxi (2 round trips) rather than walk ( at least 10 total miles) . This not only took time away from travel experiences but caused a blistering foot in my dress shoes. (needed a trip local pharmacy for foot issue--did not submit that bill) I could have purchased walking shoes but felt the baggage would be delivered sooner than it was.-again a purchase I avoided. Next time I will not hesitate to include any necessary item--After speaking with the Roam Right agent I now understand all reimbursements are strictly for purchases, never for inconveniences or missing out on travel tours to accept baggage delivery . I will be sure to read the fine print and be a better informed traveler. The Roam Right agent was courteous and did responded to my phone request promptly and I appreciated that very much.

Phone consultation was helpful to explain insurance options to be sure I got the protection I needed and no more no less.

I made a comparison of policies based on the Squaremouth website which showed me various policies based on parameters I chose. It was a fairly simple process and my one call to a representative at Squaremouth was very easy and informative. Other than that and since I didn't have to file a claim, I have no complaints.

Absolutely a no hassle experience. Nice folks to do business with. Paperwork straight forward as to coverage. Good price for the value. Hopefully any claims would have been taken care as efficiently.

I will file my claim regarding my cancelled flights next week and then I will let you know of my resukts of the claim.

We were harshly reminded that life is uncertain when my husband became seriously ill this past spring and summer. It was great to know we were well-protected in case we had to cancel or in case of illness during the trip. Happily, all went well , but I am so very glad we had purchased good trip insurance.
