Good price but since I had no claim, hard to evaluate service.

Not applicable bec I didn't make a claim ... no carrier interaction.

I claim my lost cell phone, and I received their check after 3 weeks.

Bought the policy based on comparison with other vendors: Best value for me at the desired price point. I had no communication with the insurance provider prior to my departure, nor during my trip. No need to file a claim, thankfully. So, why force me to rate them based on nothing?

Our flight was delayed and an overnight stay was necessary. I called that night and spoke with the answering service who was not only friendly but helpful. By the time we arrived home, our claim forms were already waiting for us on-line. After I gathered and sent in my information, which I sent back on-line, I received an email that my claim was received along with the name of my claims administrator. I received a check within 10 days.

We did not have to claim any claims.
