I needed to extend my policy by a day. It was relatively easy to do and cost nothing extra.
Have used Square Mouth in the past. They have very competitive rates for people like me who are over 75 with a high rating to their company and excellent Medical and Evacuation coverage.
Janetta was extremely helpful!
I cancelled my trip before I left because the boat had engine problems. I called and cancelled the insurance. Didn’t need to file a claim.
Because of a series of medical problems I had to cancel my Jan 2026 trip. I notified Seven corners the trip cancelation. While still under treatment at t😩his time. This review is not the proper set of questions to be asking.
Could not get help for a medical issue via the telephone number that was provided. I had to find help on my own without speaking the language. Resulted in me having to visit 2 hospitals in order to find one that had an emergency room that would assist me.
I have filed a claim and had to provide incredible amount of documentation twice. Will see if the claim is processed.

Excellent and clear assistance in terms of how to go about claims and what might or might not be covered when questions arise due to illness in the family during the trip. Fortunately, we didn’t need to interrupt our voyage but the easy of the medical claims gave me confidence that if everything had fallen apart our insurance would have proved even more invaluable.
Had to call to add countries on the cruise port list but I’m not sure that was required.
Called and answered the one question I had.
