I already had an annual policy with Seven Corners but that would not have covered me (apparently) for this trip if I had been quarantined from having caught Covid, Fortunately I did not, and my trip proceeded smoothly. However, I had overlapping policies that duplicated each other in most respects.

When performers scheduled for a music-center trip could not attend, I spoke with Seven Corners to ask if we could switch to another cruise line with a virtually identical tine frame and all but one island the same--the island removed from our original (two year-old) cruise plan. It was immediately granted and we switched to the cruise going where we really wanted to go. No problems, as the insurance amount and time fram did not change. Quick, nice, and welcome service. We took out trip insurance and added to the coverage before the trip as money was paid for our trip . Luckily we didn't need to use our coverage. Good to know we had it in case.
Fishing trip went off as planned. I purchased the policy to protect me in the event I was quarantined in Mexico. Fortunately this didn’t happen. But the insurance gave me peace of mind. Returning to Mexico in late May with my wife and I will definitely purchase a policy for that trip as well. Had a friend’s wife fall and break her hip down there a few years ago. Air ambulance to San Diego was $30k. He had some coverage but still cost him $18k.

Someone from their 3rd party company answering service hung up the phone on me and was extremely rude, Wait times are over 3 hours but the actual reps for Seven Corners are very nice and helpful.
I contracted COVID while I was traveling. I called the phone number on the policy. It took a couple of tries to get through to talk with someone. I said I had COVID and may need to see a doctor. They emailed me a link so I could find medical facilities if needed. The list included direct pay facilities as well as other. Fortunately I did not need medical services so I did not have to use any of the medical facilities they provided for me. Overall I was satisfied with the customer service provided.
I had constant communication from the moment that I purchased this trip insurance policy until I received the trip claim reimbursement. During unexpected circumstances while preparing for my trip, it was refreshing to have this company be positive and assist with processing my claim. I would highly recommend this company for trip insurance.
