Very unhappy with service. Filed a claim with supporting documentation on 1/31/22. Sent them an email on 2/14/22 requesting status and in response, they told me "Your assigned claims advisor will review them and contact you if we need additional information. Your claims advisor looks forward to working with you." Emailed them again on 2/17/22 requesting contact information for claims advisor. To date, have heard nothing. Checked online today, 6 weeks after submission of claim, to see it is only in the "Received" status. Tried interacting with "Chat" to be told "No agents are available". Sent them another email today. Very unprofessional and frustrating, to say the least.
This is unacceptable.
There was an issue with purchasing the policy. It didn’t go through but once I contacted customer service they fixed it.

No issues. Did not need to use the policy. Policy VERY expensive.
We experienced a trip interruption and although I was able to get some credits from the airline and hotels, I requested the difference from the insurance company. A customer service agent with the insurance company informed me that it would be months before I would even be contacted by anyone from the insurance company. So I loss the most on the amount I paid for the insurance policy. I would never do that again.
