I did a one star rating on service during the trip only because you required a response. I required no service during the trip, so I had nothing to rate.

I was glad Mohave the coverage in case something happened at a reasonable price. I am also glad we traveled without incident.

My flight was canceled without notice. No email, no text. I’m in the process of contacting Lufthansa to get some letter/email/text that confirms flight was canceled. Of course, Lufthansa is so busy they don’t answer the phone.

Online travel insurance shopping has never been easier.

I understand it's not in your control of flight delays, but I was delayed, missed my connecting flight and lost 1 day of my 3 week hotel. I've filed a claim but nothing yet on your part. Please advise me with the latest details.

Had to stay overnight in Guam.

Very difficult to reach an agent. Limited communication when you are overseas. Also no feedback during claims process. Would not recommend.

I filed a claim 2 months ago and still waiting for the results.

It was very easy to compare policies. I called with a specific question regarding Covid and never really got it answered.
