Never heard anything back after claim was submitted.
Submitted on 27 December. Told I would hear back in 30 days. Silence. Now 28 February.
Customer Service was very helpful with a few questions I had before signing up. I was concerned about being covered in case I tested positive with Covid before my return trip to the U.S. and having to quarantine in Mexico for 5 days. It’s good to have peace of mind while on a trip!
I filed full claim documents immediately after having trip to Italy canceled due to positive PCR test. The operators were polite on the phone, and the directions were clear.
However, they said that, because of COVID, I might not get my claim payment for 60 days. Not a happy camper!

I already had an annual policy with Seven Corners but that would not have covered me (apparently) for this trip if I had been quarantined from having caught Covid, Fortunately I did not, and my trip proceeded smoothly. However, I had overlapping policies that duplicated each other in most respects.
Easy to sign up and good customer service.
When performers scheduled for a music-center trip could not attend, I spoke with Seven Corners to ask if we could switch to another cruise line with a virtually identical tine frame and all but one island the same--the island removed from our original (two year-old) cruise plan. It was immediately granted and we switched to the cruise going where we really wanted to go. No problems, as the insurance amount and time fram did not change. Quick, nice, and welcome service. We took out trip insurance and added to the coverage before the trip as money was paid for our trip . Luckily we didn't need to use our coverage. Good to know we had it in case.
