No need to use the policy. Glad to have the piece of mind.
Your insurance was well rated with Forbes magazine. I hope this means we can count on your for our small but important claim. Customer service was helpful in providing links, documents and Information.
I rang three times to discuss my claim, both the first and third time I was told someone would get back to me, no one did.
The second time I rang I was on hold so long I gave up.

In completing my paperwork, the form requested a monetary amount estimated from taking an extended tour. Since I was not traveling on a tour, I put $0 in that box. When my daughter got covid on our trip, this meant that I could not claim the lost monies from lodging and daily tours only my flight home. From my perspective, the loss of clarity of your forms resulted in my not being able to be reimbursed for several thousand dollars. While I am grateful to have my flight home covered, I am unhappy that my other losses will not be covered. It truly defeats the purpose of buying travel insurance at all.
So far the trip insurance experience with Squaremouth has been very smooth, but I am waiting on the resolution of my pending claim due to a cancelled trip.
Realized I didn't need this insurance as anticipated for entry to Costa Rica. Was able to cancel with no problem
Purchasing a policy that covered COVID medical or cancellation provided us with peace of mind before our trip, and also satisfied the British Virgin Islands requirement for COVID medical coverage. Fortunately, we did not to make a claim and our trip went smoothly. But I would recommend Seven Corners and will use them for our next trip.
Good morning,
I filed a claim on Dec. 7th since I was unable to travel due to COVID restrictions in Ireland. I received confirmation that you received my claim but nothing since then except for your email asking me to rate my experience. I can't rate anything I haven't yet experienced.

I have purchased numerous policies through Squaremouth over the past 6 years and have been very pleased with them. The website is very easy to navigate and compare various policies that you can add or delete options to.
I completed a trip several months ago using travel insurance provided by Seven Corners Inc and filed a claim for expenses due to a flight canceled by the airline. The claim was filed over 6 weeks ago and I still have not heard anything from them. I have called their 1-800 phone number several times to find out the status of my claim only to be transferred to another department where I am asked to leave a message only to never hear anything back from them. Very frustrating and I would not recommend Seven Corners Inc for travel insurance.
