So far, everything has been smooth, hassle free, and the trip has been extended another year! Hopefully we will not need to ever file a claim, but trust that the trip coverage does in fact cover us and will continue to give us peace of mind!

I have filed a claim, and followed up with 2 emails to send more files because I had more attachments. My husband and I have also been calling them to see if we can get a claim number and verify if the have received all the files from the email.

I was unable to leave in January due to Covid. I email you to ask if I could change the dates to the end of February and never heard a word. Very disappointing! Unless I am able to get my policy changed to the new date of departure, I will never use your services again
