Customers appreciate Seven Corners’ responsive customer service, especially when helping them select the right policy for their trip. Many travelers highlight the helpfulness and availability of the support team. However, some mention frustrations with the time-consuming paperwork and long wait times for reimbursement during the claims process.
Because our trip was international your service was limited when i was sick. My wife tried to communicate with you but had limiter results.
only after i got home did your help kick in, from there support was good. We just needed more help when in hospital in Athens and on board ship.
Efficient signup process.
Peace of mind.
No circumstance required filing a claim.
It was good to know that Seven Corners was there in case things went too pear-shaped. Fortunately, the only thing that threatened to be more fun than I wanted was the process of getting home, and the airline had a horrific time getting my return flight(s) lined up. Lots of negotiation with them about routes and seats, etc. Today, they refunded me the money that I was owed because of seat downgrades, so I think I will not need to make a claim with Seven Corners. However, it was reassuring to know you were there just in case... :) Thank you.
So far they have been following up on my claim fairly promptly. I just submitted additional requested information.

They promptly responded to my claim, requested additional information, and reimbursed me for my expenses.
My coverage was for an extended trip of over one month to the far east involving numerous destinations and multiple transport modes. After purchasing the initial policy the only contact I made with the insurer was prior to travel which was to add one day to the policy; a necessary addition due to my miscalculation involving travel across the international date line. The process of adding that one day was performed online and was quick and painless. If there is any negative side to purchase of the policy it involved some confusion in my mind over what company I was dealing with - there are two names "Seven Corners" and "Squaremouth" and I never did fully understand which was the agent and which was the insurer.
I am very disappointed with Seven Corners. I had a trip planned for 3/18 - 3/31. The Airlines contacted me on 3/16 to notify me that the return flight was cancelled and that they rescheduled me for 4/1. When I called them on 3/17, they told me that the 4/1 flight was also cancelled and that they scheduled me for 4/2. I was told because the airlines cancelled the flight more than 2 weeks in advance, the airlines were not responsible for hotel, etc. I contacted Seven Corners on 3/17 and was told to submit my claim for Travel Delay after my trip. They did not say anything that this would not be covered because I was notified before my trip started.
I submitted my claim after my return and was told my claim was denied because my coverage started 3/18 and I was notified about the cancelled flight prior to that date. If that was the case, I should have been informed on my initial call. I will not purchase from Seven Corners again.
So very good
Their pre-trip communication was thorough and reassuring.
Their documentation was explicit about what I needed to provide. I submitted that. They responded in a few hours with another email about something I missed or they needed. I promptly sent that. I had the funds approved the next day and the deposit into my account 3 days later. It was easy.
The insurance gave me peace of mind.
