Comforting to have coverage traveling during these difficult times. Purchase was simple. Make sure you purchase according to time guidelines if you want pre existing condition option. If time guidelines are unfavorable consider selecting a different policy. They offer many quality options.

We needed clarification on policy details. The Seven Corners representative answered our questions, sent appropriate documentation, and was friendly and professional.

The policy was what we needed, just in case. Thank goodness we didn't have to use it. I'll remember you for our next trip. Hoping Covid, Or whatever slows down or gets under control. If they'd only get vaccinated.

Pretty quick pick up to my calls. I chose call back and it came in a few minutes. Agent was knowledgeable and helpful.
Claim process is a bit confusing though.

Claim still in process. Facts are straight forward and at this point the requests for documentation seem excessive. Final verdict TBD

Easy and professional

On 11/1/21 we filed claim # 14686566 for Policy # 9RTC19-28311. It is now 12/18/21.
This is the first time we have heard anything from you.
WHY IS THIS TAKING SO LONG ? You wanted our $$$$ immediately.
Why are you waiting another 4 weeks to contact us to REVIEW our claim?
We are disappointed with your timeframe and customer service.
We will have to seriously consider other travel insurance companies for our future trips.

I would recommend Seven Corners for Trip Insurance.
When I called Seven Corners' 24 Hour Assistance, the agent was very friendly and helped me understand what info I needed to document and she put a note in my file showing that I had in fact called when I had a trip interruption.

I collected all my documentation and sent in the claim to Seven Corners when I returned home from my trip a few weeks later, and the claims representative helped me understand what info was needed. They paid my claim in full for which I was grateful.

My only complaint was how long it took for the claim to be reviewed. I waited over a month after submitting my claim, and it hadn't been looked at in that time. I had to call about it before it got prioritized for review. But, given how swamped they probably are as we're emerging from this pandemic, I'm happy that it was handled and paid very quickly after that!
