My call to Customer Service was handled in a very professional, courteous manner. The representative gave me even better news than I was expecting regarding my request for an extension of the covered period. The policy provided great value for the very reasonable price, and I was impressed with the level of Customer Service I received after I had made the initial purchase.
The agent was very helpful in explaining the different features of the insurance and helping us to select what was best for us.
Very good plan compared to others as far as terms As a result one of my family members and I have told others about it. Not well known since I only found it on a websurf through another company: FORBES. Thank G-d I did not need the services so I don't know how your plan works if it was needed.
Needed to extend policy since logistics in destination changed while on trip. Hard to reach someone via your phone access and I was not comfortable with doing the changes via websites. I found the terms of the extension really made it a new plan and the benefits were not as good as orginal plan. I also received a notification regarding original plans for departure in my e-mail but not for new plan. Could not reach by phone to get a clarification.
I filed a claim a week ago. They asked me to wait for a feedback 5 weeks. I am glad this is not emergency.

I am very disappointed with Seven Corners insurance. It took you more than a month to look at the claim and reject it.
The policy is created so that you attract customers. But when it comes to the actual claim, they always find hidden rules.
Never buying any kind of insurance from Seven Corners!
Interaction with CSR was mixed; one one occasion had an exceptional interaction and received some valuable information, but the second one over the weekend was not as good...probably needs more training.
I have submitted a claim that was submitted over 4 weeks ago and there has not been any updated status other than it was received.
I filed a claim over a month ago. They told me it would be the middle of the month before I hear. I hope to hear soon. I filed all the correct paperwork.
The insured trip was cancelled for the second time this year and is scheduled for May 2022 - the insuring company has agree to continue the insurance coverage for next year!
Therefore I cannot answer some of the the requested information yet!! So I had to fill in the blanks with incorrect info to submit....
I am waiting until I get my statement from personal insurance to see what they covered before I file my claim
The trip was canceled due to Covid and I informed you that I would be rescheduling the Trip for Spring 2022 and will let you know the dates when that occurs. I was told that you will reissue the policy and I will not have to pay for it. Please check your records and confirm this arrangement to me.
