I had to cancel the trip due to COVID concerns. I called Seven Corners and they let me use the premium I paid for a future trip within the next 2 years. I thought that was very fair.

I did not have to file a claim with Seven Corners. However before purchasing the policy I called them to ask a question about their coverage and they were very helpful.
They were very easy to communicate with. Answered my questions in a timely fashion. I was able to apply my purchased policy for a cancelled trip to another planned trip for next year. I purchased an additional policy for a recent trip. I had many questions which they were very responsive to.
