Seven Corners sent me the claim forms through email.
It took me awhile to gather all of the signatures and documents.
Given the COVid situation, they got back to me a month later, needing more documents. I am waiting for the final determination from Seven Corners.

The process was very slow, but given the pandemic, I suppose I should cut them some slack. 13 weeks from the time I made the claim and had all of the relevant documents to the travel company. Twice, they asked for the same documents.
In the end, I received compensation for all that I asked for. I’m just lucky that I booked with Singapore Airline, they are so sensible. Given the situation, they gave me a full refund on a non-refundable no cancellation ticket. I didn’t have to go through my travel insurance company.All travel providers should be so understanding.
when I logged into my account to view my claim, I saw two other peoples information - 1) on dashboard and 2) on my profile. Screenshots attached. I am concerned that other people can see my credit card and personal data.

Extremely long hold times. Poor unclear responses. Difficult to understand what they were saying (not native English speaking or well-learned non-native English speaking). Confusing emails from them and confusing information--told about a form but no where to find it or complete it.
My trip was moved to October and they were very helpful about just changing the dates of the insurance. I hope I will be able to take this trip and will not have to file a claim.
It has been extremely hard to get a hold of Seven Corners Customer Service. I have yet to actually talk to anyone. I'm very frustrated, but I understand they must be overwhelmed. Most of their responses have been a pre-typed no respond to email. I purchased the Cancel for Any Reason Policy and I expect to get all the money back I put out for my trip. Delta Airlines gave us a full refund right away.
Paid extra to be able to "cancel for any reason", Filed a claim on March 19 and haven't heard anything in 2+ weeks...

This company sucks. After sending in several documents to show my trip was cancelled seven corners still has not payed my claim. It has been 2 1/2 months. Terrible customer service.
Do you have a claim form or do we just freeform it?
I sent an email while we were still on our interrupted trip and have heard nothing since then . I have been waiting to have all of my information to send in but this has been complicated by International flights that have been cancelled and borders that have been closed.
