I was happy with the experience obtaining a policy for my first trip to western ma. I was less happy when I called to add a second trip and around the same dates and found that even though the second trip was significantly less expensive, I 1. couldn't just add coverage to my first policy and had to get a new one and 2. the second policy was overly expensive given the significantly reduced cost (only about a third of the first trip) of the second trip.
My wife was injured (broken ankle) on the 10th day of our trip. I spoke to representatives twice on that day but did not have paperwork to file the claim until over a week later. Claim form has been submitted and I was assured it was being forwarded to the claims team but that was well over ten days ago and I still have not received a claim number or confirmation that the claim was filed or accepted. I would appreciate someone contacting me to review and let me know what further documents are needed.
I will use this insurance again for peace of mind...
My trip was postponed until next summer. I extended my coverage date to be able to use the insurance next July.
Claim was settled within 1 week of documents being submitted. Customer service has been outstanding.

the trip was cancelled and i did not take the trip as it was not available. i asked for my money and was told no. I didnt ask in time but i did not know in time. terrible customer service. I hope i can somehow get my money since the trip was cancelled. I would not recommend square mouth = too hard to get your money back. You still have my money. Phyllis Mandel
