With the help of agent was able to buy correct policy.
Trip was interrupted due to medical emergency and I called the service. She was Very helpful when I called and emailed all the information I was going to need for the claim we need to file. She gave me a heads up about keeping all receipts etc got copies of medical records etc before leaving the island which is going to simplify things for me. It was the focus I needed at that time and I am thankful.

Rebecca Allison was beyond helpful! I had challenges getting all the documentation needed from the hospital for the medical claim, and so it took longer than I imagined, but was no fault of Seven Corners. Once they had all the documentation I had been reimbursed within the week! Very happy with them and I would recommend to my friends and family, if we ever get to travel again (Ha!)
I had to cancel the trip and Seven Corners was good enough to give me a full credit for a future trip. Thanks Seven Corners.
We had to cancel our trip before we had paid for it in its entirety, so we lost out on being able to claim anything. I wanted to see if we could get a reimbursement on some of the cost of the travel insurance, but were unable to do so. So---o we lost all the way around!!
I am referencing a trip previous to this policy in which I received excellent medical attention while in
Spain. I was personally attended to from the moment I entered the emergency room until I departed in
a taxi hours later feeling much better. The insurance even paid for the cab back to my hotel!
Great policy, clear and excellent service.
I find that travel insurance is a maze of confusion. However, I somehow found your company and called and after listening to my needs for travel insurance your staff was able to recommend a affordable policy. I surely will use your company again.
I liked the rating and benefits you provide even though I did not had to claim anything. Look forward to do business with you in future
I usually buy insurance with April but this time I thought I gave 7 corners a try. TBH, I think they can do better. First, when i wanted to extend my insurance, it took them a few days to reply to my email. April responded in a day. Then, when my plane and luggage were delayed, I tried to call them. It was not office hours. I was surprised to find it wasn't 724. Finally, after ingot back and filed the claim, it has been a week and I haven't heard from them. April got my case closed in about 2 days after I had completed my trip. That said, 7 corners seems to have lower rates and higher compensation but in the case when you need them to answer questions, they seem to be hard to reach. So it's a mixed feeling. I guess I will buy with a more efficient insurance company next time to make sure I receive timely assistance.

It took too long to process and they were too rigorous about what can be reimbursed for the baggage delay claim or not. Comparing to my prior experience with a other insurance company Amex and April, I would not recommend 7corners.
I haven't received feedback on my claim, but your representatives have been helpful in advising me on claim procedures.
