Every thing was very good
I was traveling in Peru when my pack back was stolen. My insurance info was in the stolen back pack. I contacted the on line web page at Squaremouth and they provided me with the international Seven Corners emergency number. My tour guide tried several times to call this so called 24 hour number. Nobody answered. I was not able to reach Seven Corners until I got back to the US. I notified Seven Corners of the Peru incident. I will complete all paper work and submit including Mira Flores police report this weekend and we will see how it goes.

One rep told me not to designate 'cruise only' and another said to do so. Confusing. We put the insurance into effect, relaxed knowing it was there if needed, though it was just for a 5 night cruise. We were never sure of which insurer to choose, but chose the one that was least costly.

Seven Corners paid my claim in full but it took seven weeks and it was a very simple claim - a cancelled cruise and a claim for the non-refundable portion of the cruise fare. And the claim was under "cancel for any reason," so there was no issue concerning the basis for the cancellation.
Called the 24 hour hotline. The person said no one could help at the moment but I'd get a call within 20-30 minutes. It's been a week and no one called me back.
