Customers appreciate Seven Corners’ responsive customer service, especially when helping them select the right policy for their trip. Many travelers highlight the helpfulness and availability of the support team. However, some mention frustrations with the time-consuming paperwork and long wait times for reimbursement during the claims process.
They answered my questions, reviewed what documents or information I needed tp provide for my claim. However, they could not give me a firm answer on the time frame for processing my claim. They said the claim could take up to 90 days but probably more to process due to backup of claims they are processing from the summer season.
I buy insurance in case the airline disrupts the trip. In this case, the airline cancelled our flight and put us on a flight ***a day earlier!!!***. We had to get new connecting flight tickets, which cost us $750. Seven Corners said that wasn't covered. What do we have insurance for then?
All good
paperwork will be forthcoming today
will be submitting data today
submission will be sent today...
The initial person I talked to was most helpful.
As i recall I just had a query about how much cover I wanted due to fact that my tickets were paid for with miles not money. Since there is such limited cover for miles, the cancelation part of the cover didn't give the peace of mind that I would have liked. So the agent did save me money by suggesting a smaller policy. But, as is usually the case, no claim, so it wasn't an issue.
Thanks
It went great. The insurance was cheaper than going thru cruise ship company and included all our trip
Filed a simple medical claim for a urinary tract infection, provided all documentation on Sept 23rd and it is now Oct 14th and still have not heard anything....Not very good.
Review Updated: 11/11/2018
On October 30th, I received an email of claim determination...it told me that my medical claim for ( $173.) would be paid. It has been 12 days and I still have not received a check....This service has been extremely slow since its inception. I would like to know where is my check for this claim?
Thank you.
