    We never took this trip. We had to cancel because my husbands mother went into Hospice. We were led to believe that when obtaining this insurance it would include cancellation for this very situation. However, when the situation became apparent and we needed to cancel the trip, we were informed that we did not have the right policy for this situation. Very disappointed and although the customer service people were very nice the fact of the matter was, the company sales people were not completely honest with our coverage. If we had not specifically asked this question about Hospice and our family member I would have taken ownership of the service we were provided, but we asked multiple times if a family member went into Hospice would we be covered to cancel the trip and were led to believe it would be.

    At first I did file a claim and fortunately it got resolved in another manner. Very grateful I did not need them.
    In sending the claim originally I did not hear back from them either by mail, text , or phone. Tried calling and told I would be called back. To date it has been very difficult to get through. I would not trust them again for insurance.

    Seven Corners policy: Trip Protection Choice

    Our trip dates were pushed later without affecting duration of the coverage. Unfortunately, the change occurred weeks after we bought the insurance and we forgot to modify the dates on the insurance policy. While my partner's insurance carrier adjusted the dates without issue, Seven Corners would not consider it because it was after the onset of the original departure date.

    Also, my smartphone was stolen on the trip. Seven Corners specifically excludes phones and computer devices from their coverage. Again, my partner's carrier would have covered it. I think we will be using the other company in the future.

    So happy to know about Seven Corners Inc. So easy to get the insurance we needed for our overseas trip. Excellent policy and very comforting to know we had the proper medical care insurance if we had to use it on our trip.

    Would have definitely been a 5 star rating if it had been more timely. It was very simple and clear cut, no reason to take weeks.

    Sq Mouth has good options got various situations, not all trips need the same type policies.

    We are awaiting documentation for certain aspects of the trip that we missed from the travel provider, Grand Circle Cruise Line. Once we receive this information, we will go ahead with the claim.
