We felt very secure having this policy in place while abroad because as we get older “ one never knows” what can take place.
Easy to buy. Good coverage. Great service.
Good process. Feel that the customer service should understand many times, like myself, its the first time buying travel insurance and they are there to help. Almost felt I was being talked down to since I asked a few questions.
Seven Corners was great. There customer service was excellent, their follow up was excellent and their follow through was excellent . The online claim form was easy to fill out and the uploading was simple. They responded very quickly with a positive outcome . No hassles or stress.
The website and ordering process was great - the customer service was great but was a bit harder to get the information I needed after hours.
Unfortunately we cancelled our trip before departure due to health reasons. Initially I was sent an incorrect claim form and when I questioned some information I was advised I had an older form and they would send the correct one. I had already had the physician fill out his portion so I merely attached that page to the form. Got a tad confusing but I managed to get it down and payment was made quickly.

24 hours prior to our departure, our father was put on hospice, we were not sure if we could make the trip. I called to find out in detail what our options were. We were well informed by our agent. In addition, we were able to make the trip. Our father is still living and we are thankful.
The person who sold me the policy did not mention a HUGE piece of information about the policy: It does not cover pre-existing conditions. Thus, if I had something come up with allergies that I needed attention for (which I did) that issue would be considered "not covered" and I had to pay out of pocket. Luckily it was nothing major and I was able to get my prescription all under $30 USD so it's not a big deal but, I feel that that type of detail is something that should be shared BEFORE I purchased the policy. I'm glad I had protection in the event that something unexpected did occur (hit by a bus or something!) but, it not covering allergies was unexpected.
In previous years I have filed a claim and was delt with very professionally and quickly. This time I lost my hearing aid on the plane and was told that it wS not covered with my policy
The Seven Corners Customer Service person was very helpful. She emailed me immediately the claim form required to complete to file a claim.
The policy premium was affordable for the coverage that it will provide.
