We unfortunately had to cancel our trip due to a parents urgent surgery. Seven Corners was very understanding and helped with all my questions about the paper work. The process after the paperwork was completed was quick and efficient. We received an email that the claim was reviewed and payment will be sent. I am very glad we had Seven Corners.

It was relatively easy for us to decide on the policy coverage we needed and the process to buy was easy. I made one upward-adjustment for coverage for an item not in our original plans. I did it on the phone and the service was fine.
Unfortunately we were not able to take this trip and knew the situation several months in advance. I called SquareMouth to find out our options of cancelling the insurance and being able to use it on a future cruise. I was told that because we had pre-existing conditions on the policy we would be limited to using the same cruise line and also within a certain period of time. We were not able to comply with those conditions.
I shopped around and your company seem to have the best priced policy with good reviews.
Good policy fair price
It took them 21 days (the max allowed in FL) to process my very simple claim. It took another 10 business days to receive my check. They are very good at holding onto your money until the last possible day.
