“Seven Corners policy: Trip Protection Choice
I buy insurance in case the airline disrupts the trip. In this case, the airline cancelled our flight and put us on a flight ***a day earlier!!!***. We had to get new connecting flight tickets, which cost us $750. Seven Corners said that wasn't covered. What do we have insurance for then?

Since there is such limited cover for miles, the cancelation part of the cover didn't give the peace of mind that I would have liked. So the agent did save me money by suggesting a smaller policy. But, as is usually the case, no claim, so it wasn't an issue.

On October 30th, I received an email of claim determination...it told me that my medical claim for ( $173.) would be paid. It has been 12 days and I still have not received a check....This service has been extremely slow since its inception. I would like to know where is my check for this claim?
