Your website made purchasing trip insurance very easy. Thankfully I did not need to use it.

It was a complicated process to get the insurance I wanted because of different people paying for different stuff and different travel dates but Melissa stayed with me thru the whole lengthy process and we finally got it all covered. She did a great job with me as I could never have gotten thru it all alone. A very patient lady.

My phone call resulted in clear, prompt advice. I made the purchase according to that advice and am very satisfied.

Used the chat feature to receive clarification on a term prior to purchase and it was immediate, thorough and provided a written record of additional information. Fortunately, did not need to make a claim on the policy for this trip.

I have submitted a claim because I broke my ankle in 3 places less than 1 week prior to my trip. I submitted the necessary paperwork, have heard nothing but it has only been 2 weeks since they have received it. I read many horror stories regarding Seven Corners mostly regarding not paying as promised. I hope this is not the case with me. How my case is handled remains to be seen but if I have to fight I am prepared. These companies don't put value on repeat customers when they don't do as promised. I hope I am not disappointed.
