Paid for policy thinking would be covered when bags never caught up with us. Called and told coverage $200 which is is next to useless. Alaska Air stepped up and Paid for clothing and other things needed. .Think policy airlines have may be the best in the future.
I’m certainly happy that this worked out for you. In this instance, you were only in need of coverage for baggage delay and apparently, that was satisfied by the airline. This is not always the situation as some airlines allow little to no consideration for delays in baggage.
I would also remind you and other customers to please consider that the majority of members submitting claims under this type of policy, are for cancellation. Airlines do not cover the cancellation of a trip due to illness or injury. This is precisely the primary benefit provision within Trip Cancellation policies.

Seven Corners provided excellent instructions on filing my claim, responded quickly to my claim, and was very professional and helpful. While they expected me to provided proper documentation, which I did, I appreciate the fact that there was no push back or questioning of my request. I highly recommend them.

We purchased a policy to cover a trip to Hawaii. As our trip approached, and hurricane was predicted to hit Hawaii the same day we were due to fly into the islands. As of two days before our departure, some airlines cancelled flights but not ours. We called Seven Corners to see if we were covered if we chose to cancel our flight and were told, by their representative, that yes, we were covered. The day before our flight we called again to double check, and spoke with a different representative. That one also told us we were covered. So we cancelled and filed a claim, only to be told we were not covered. We filed an appeal and heard nothing for 3 months. On following up, we were told our appeal was denied. Two separate representatives gave us bad information about their own company, but Seven Corners did not stand behind their mistake. This is not a company you want to do business with.
I am sorry that you’re upset and I listened to a single call that came in on 09/01/2016, where we advised you that your policy appeared to accommodate your situation. If there were additional calls, please provide the phone number used and I’ll be happy to review. Approximately three hours later, we sent an email to clarify that the policy that you purchased required a complete cessation of services in the area. This email housed actual policy language.
Now having said that, your claim was never technically denied. On 09/30/2016 your analyst requested additional documentation from you, regarding your airlines and on 11/16/2016, closed your file due to no response.
The time lapse between our phone response affirming likely benefits, and our email inserting caution by advising the policy stipulations, may have been enough time that you’d already cancelled your flight. I’d be happy to discuss this with you if you’d like. Please contact me directly at concierge@sevencorners.com.
When I found my flight had been cancelled I was able to contact my insurance carrier at 2:00 am for advice. I booked another flight, provided the details of the fare difference and a check came in the mail. Couldn't have been easier.
Excellent service

We had to take our son to the doctor on Christmas Day and needed to confirm whether the program was reimburse or doctor file a claim. The answering service at the 24-hour emergency hotline was not a big help as they told us we had to wait 45 minutes for a call back. And ten minutes later we were told the same thing. Fortunately, the doctor at the clinic was able to get in touch with a clinic supervisor on his mobile phone. The clinic supervisor had worked with Seven Corners before and said we would be reimbursed. So I paid with a credit card and need to know what the next step is to get reimbursed.
Thank you for posting a review of Seven Corners.

My Mom died before our scheduled trip. I called Seven Corners and they told me how to proceed. A few weeks later I received a check. Will use them again.
We were very happy with the coverage and price compared to the ships policy. We will definitely use Seven Corners again.

let's put it this way, I am glad I don't have to file a CLAIM, I am just happy, that I had a " back up " in case anything would happened, we were two months on the road between Germany, Thailand and Myanmar , spending 6 weeks in Asia alone, where anything can happen. I am glad to report you made MONEY on me... till the next time, stay well happy new year to you all, Manfred H. Braig
