  • Seven Corners policy: RoundTrip

Have purchased this travel insurance several times. Did not have any problems paying the premium for my insurance, but the 1 time I filed a legitimate claim for an injury that occurred on my trip the claim was denied. Very dissatisfied!

Seven Corners policy: Liaison Continent excl US

I contacted Seven Corners before departure to buy more insurance because I decided to depart three days earlier than previously planned. The conversation went well. I agreed to pay the extra premium and requested the agent to send me another insurance card that shown the new date of coverage. The agent agreed but I have never received it.
The good news is that the trip is uneventful, I do not plan on filing any claim.

It was a heck of a lot of paperwork for the reimbursement for one night's lodging.

    Seven Corners policy: RoundTrip

We did not have a reason to use our policy but having it gave us piece of mind and made making reservations in advance an easy decision.

Seven Corners policy: Trip Protection Elite

A very complex trip to Africa was cancelled a few months before scheduled departure because of a sever medical issue. Claim was overall handle well although it took longer than we expected. We would again insure with 7 Corners.

Seven Corners policy: Trip Protection Elite

I received excellent 5 star attention from Wesley Smith, he is first class.

at the end of the day the policy interpretation was not beneficial for me but I understand mine was and is a complicated case.

On September 2, I fell off of a golf cart and broke the femur of my left leg where I had a prosthesis. The operation to fix the fracture took place on 3 September and we were doing well for two weakens pain could walk well with a walker. At this point I began to have some pain in the operated leg and by October the12th discovered that the femur, with the steel plate, bone transplant, wires around the bone, had failed and that the femur was bent toa 20 degree angle.

Although your your company had indicated that you would cover expenses related to the accident beyond the original expiration
date of the policy, I was told that there would be NO coverage up to the 19th of October or that I had to evacuate to the USA my country of residence
Wesley Smith did indicate that I could get $2500 from the original policy.

My take is that the second operation is part of the original accident and that the second operation would be covered.

Seven Corners policy: Trip Protection Elite

I find Squaremouth to be such an easy site to use and always get my travel insurance through them because of the choices available and ease of comparing coverage. I generally get the Seven Corners Round Trip Elite because of the coverage and price. I've spoken to either Squaremouth or Seven Corners on the phone just to get clarification on various things and always find it easy to reach a real person. I've never had to make a claim, so I can't vouch for how well that goes, but Squaremouth's Zero Complaint Guarantee makes me feel fairly secure that it would be handled satisfactorily. I recommend Squaremouth to others looking for travel insurance.

Seven Corners policy: Trip Protection Economy

I just returned from Ireland and had no need to file a claim.
Service was excellent and professional at time of purchase,
as usual. This is the 4th trip I have insured with Squaremouth.

In April, 2015, I unfortunately had to cancel a trip to Croatia
3 days prior to departure, because I injured my back. On that
occasion I had purchased a policy issued by April Insurance through Squaremouth.I was pleasantly surprised and hugely relieved that I got every penny back on an expensive tour package without incident, shortly after providing all necessary
    medical documentation.

I have been so impressed with your service overall that I
    have referred customers to Squaremouth.

I feel very confident knowing that Squaremouth delivers
    what it promises.
