Great in all ways!

The claim process is a nightmare. As a result of an accident, our trip was interrupted and we had a medical evacuation. The resulting trip cancellation and other costs still have not been paid (now July), despite repeated submissions of requests for information to Square Mouth. Word to warning to travelers: print out every reservation prior to and save copies of every expense during your trip, even if you are hospitalized and incapacitated! Very difficult/impossible to communicate with medical personnel in remote regions. Paper documentation and not just credit card charges are required, even for obvious items like additional hotel costs because of the accident. When you are in a panic mode and waiting for evacuation, these details are not a priority.

Seven Corners is handling the processing and does not return phone calls. We are now working with Brandi in Square Mouth Zero Complaint Policy, who is slowly helping to resolve our claim but it has been one month (6/4/15) since our first contact with her and still no resolution. This is a part-time job to deal with the insurance process. Buyer beware.

I called Seven Corners before purchasing our trip insurance policy to ask a few questions, and I was really impressed with the amount of time the customer service representative took to answer all of my questions. I was thankful everything about our trip went smoothly, but it gave me peace of mind knowing that we were covered in the event of lost luggage, trip interruption, etc. I would purchase a Seven Corners policy again.

Due to a medical problem with a family member, I was unable to go on my insured trip. Seven corners was very helpful in assisting me with the claim procedure and answering my multitude if questions. My claim was paid in a very timely manner, they deserve their A+ rating

Easy to review, called with question, answered promptly and professionally. Bought policy. Did not have claim, but have in the past and paid per policy once all paperwork submitted as needed.

I have used you in the past a few times. Once, a claim was filed and your response was quick and helpful I would definitely recommend.

very smooth purchase and competitive pricing

I have used this service before and it was very satisfactory. I regret that I could not make the trip that was scheduled for April. I had to have unexpected surgery and am now recovering.
I would definitely recommend this policy to others.
