After long hold times, my policy could not be found on several occasions. Poor customer service. Policy mentioned bankruptcy, in which my provider of Luxury Link ceased operations and of course my policy had a loophole which did not cover my losses.
My experience with Seven Corners was horrible. It was atrocious the way they dismissed my claim initially.
It was only after Kelly Caulkins, your Zero-complaint staff, intervened that I started seeing some results. Even then Seven Corners started putting road blocks to make any payment. Fortunately Kelly persevered with my claim inspite of non-cooperation from Seven Corners. I can't thank Kelly enough for her efforts. She definitely deserves 5-star for her tenacity.
To sum up, I will definitely use Square Mouth for my future travel insurance needs but never buy policy from Seven Corners again
