When we contacted one of your customer service representatives, Wesley Smith International Assistance Coordinators, on March 30, 2017 regarding our travel delay and that we wanted to know what information we needed to process our claim, Mr. Smith was very helpful and pleasant on the phone. He started our claim file and sent us the claim file instructions. We hope processing the claim and reimbursement will go equally as well.

I used Squaremouth last year to purchase a policy with Seven Corners. The trip that I had planned to take last year had to be cancelled 1 month before the departure date, due to a health concern of one member of our party. Seven Corners refunded all the money I had paid for the trip within a reasonable time. I provided the information that I felt was relevant to the claim and they refunded everything I had expected with no question and no delay. This year, therefore, I was determined to deal again with both Squaremouth and Seven Corners again. On this recent trip I had just a few minor problems due to a cancelled flight and baggage damage. I will soon be sending in a claim and feel confident that I will get full satisfaction once again. I will surely use Squaremouth and Seven Corners again in the future. They give me peace of mind while I travel.
Rates for plans up to 30 days in length are very reasonable. Then, daily rates increase significantly. Too bad rates cannot stay the same 60-90 dayside!

Ed and Kim V. were one day late departing for Canada due to snow conditions locally. We filed for one day of lodging missed due to delay of travel. I notified Delta to get official documentation to prove that our flight was delayed. They responded but somehow two claim accounts were opened and while one was being processed, the other was not. Thus I kept getting conflicting messages although I sent the forms and receipts by certified mail. The lodge in Canada would not give a price per night only that we were one day late. I had to get the price per day from our group trip leader. There were no medical claims so I thought if would sail thru but it took a long time to resolve. We would not use Seven Corners ever again and were disappointed with their poor performance. ED V.
