Pleased with customer assistance, happy we did not have to file a claim. We did have a two hour airline equipment delay, and a sick child crying on the plane for 3hours-could have used a soothing beverage, if it was covered!

The last trip our luggage was lost 15 days of our 18. I filed a claim and both of us were given the $300 for the clothes we had to buy..no delays or argument from the company. A miracle with any insurance that is why I bought this policy again.
I have purchased Seven Corners insurance several times before and normally get immediate response which includes a wallet size card that can be cut and placed in a wallet. I received no confirmation email from them, just from Squaremouth on Feb 6 (date of purchase) and had to print that for my departure. On Feb 7 I got an email from Seven Corners only with a "Policy Expiration Reminder", not with any info regarding my policy. I sent them 2 emails telling them this and finally heard back on Feb 11 with the 4 documents that they should have sent initially.
