Ed and Kim V. were one day late departing for Canada due to snow conditions locally. We filed for one day of lodging missed due to delay of travel. I notified Delta to get official documentation to prove that our flight was delayed. They responded but somehow two claim accounts were opened and while one was being processed, the other was not. Thus I kept getting conflicting messages although I sent the forms and receipts by certified mail. The lodge in Canada would not give a price per night only that we were one day late. I had to get the price per day from our group trip leader. There were no medical claims so I thought if would sail thru but it took a long time to resolve. We would not use Seven Corners ever again and were disappointed with their poor performance. ED V.

Our trip with Queenslander Tours for Germany on July 10 did not get enough people (only 2) to be a go.
Switched to a May 24 tour with Queenslander to France. Seven Corners was able to handle the change and issue the revised policy. Initial customer service contact said need to file claim which was not true since no many loss was involved. This is why initially there was a claim.
I would highly recommend this policy. Customer service rep was friendly & made the claim process easy. Responses were prompt and payment was fast.
We always buy coverage and the coverage available form the vacation location did not meet our needs.
