After dragging their feet for several weeks they denied my claim on a technicality. I would warn people not to spend the money on insurance with seven corners. It is a scam and a ripoff.

My initial contact with Seven Corners was entirely via email. When I initiated contact via phone call, the claims reps were always friendly and helpful. I was very happy with their service and was happy with payment on my claim. I would highly recommend Seven Corners due to their fair pricing and excellent service.
The only glitch in dealing with Seven Corners was that the claim form was not initially sent to me via e-mail within the time frame they said it would be sent. After I sent them an e-mail to tell them, they promptly sent the claim form. It took one month after submitting the claim before I received a letter saying their review and evaluation were completed, then another eight days before the payment was sent.
Great service and able to change the dates of my trip without an issue. Will use again in the future.
The dates of the trip were changed by the tour company. 7 corners provided a letter for the change, but no new ID cards.
We were asked by Squaremouth to provided a post-trip review while still on the trip.
This is minor stuff. We had no problems that would have required a claim to be filed.
I put in a claim to squaremouth/seven corners because we had to cancel 3 weeks before our trip. I am still waiting to hear from you regarding our claim.
