Customers appreciate Seven Corners’ responsive customer service, especially when helping them select the right policy for their trip. Many travelers highlight the helpfulness and availability of the support team. However, some mention frustrations with the time-consuming paperwork and long wait times for reimbursement during the claims process.
When I bought the coverage, I only had tentative dates, which I used to book the coverage. Just before we were to leave on our trip, I remembered that I had not updated the dates for our departure and return. I called customer care. The woman on the line was very helpful, and jumped through a few hoops, and made the adjustment to the correct dates. I felt like she really cared that my issue got resolved in a positive manner. She didn't just treat me like a number.
So far the process seems very straight forward. Expect a positive response to my claim for medical treatment.

I had an emergency issue on board a cruise ship in Europe. I was treated by the ship's doctors and medical staff in the ship's hospital facility. I submitted the claim forms and required information - invoices - payment certification and trip verification to Seven Corners. The entire process was handled via email and was extremely user friendly - as smooth as silk. The entire claim process lasted exactly 2 weeks, start to finish. The same day the claim was approved the entire claim amount I submitted was wired into our bank account. The plan we had was for primary insurance provider coverage by Seven Corners, so it was unnecessary to submit the claim to another insurance provider first. I certainly will use Seven Corners insurance whenever we travel - where our medical insurance does not cover us on shipboard or out of the USA. A big thank to Sevens Corners for their services.
Fortunately I did not require medical attention during my trip but the comfort level of having the insurance was important for me. I did speak with a woman at Squaremouth directly as I’m not comfortable with not speaking to an actual person. She was patient, friendly and did not make any attempt to lead me to an expensive policy but rather saved me from myself and what I was contemplating purchasing since I was only going to be gone for a month. She did assure me they could help with the claim process as needed should I need to do so. So as far as it went, my interaction with the company was more than satisfactory.
Overall i'm very happy with Seven Corners' timely service.
A small feedback here. I actually file claim two times for the same issue. The reason i did it two times is because after i did my online filing, i never receive any acknowledgement (say an email to indicate the claim is received, not necessary approved). I waited 4 days then call and had case filed with the help from your agent....But still not getting any acknowledgement...i logged into my account but found nothing there...i had to call again few days later.
so, it would be good for Seven Corners' to just send out an acknowledgement, then i will not waste unnecessary time here..
Overall, i'm happy with your service. Moving forward i will always use your service for travel insurance, and i've been referring you to my friends.
happy holidays and happy new year!

Thankfully we didn't have to use your policy but it was easy to purchase and customer service was very good.
Easy to use. Will use again. Good price
I was in West Africa, in very under developed towns. My suitcase got lost for a couple of days. I immediately interacted with your online chat to report the situation, but while the person was very nice she was unable to advise me on what to do. I needed my medications and had no clothes. I made arrangements to miss the morning program of my trip and have a local person take me to a pharmacy and some clothing stands to buy cheap underwear and other things. The claim process looks like you think all counties have the ability to provide receipts and sales documentation. The insurance only covers $100.00 dollars a day, but replacing my medicines was close to 165.00 US dollars alone. The clothing I purchased, most of which I left in Africa after my suitcase was returned to me, was around 60 Euro. I have never lost a suitcase or had to make a claim. It’s a bit intimidating and I feel I sent almost $4,000. For the policy and I won’t even be able to recoup my out of pocket expenses. I’m worried that the documentation I have submitted will be insufficient. It’s all a bit anxiety provoking.

The insurance did not cover the basic expenses of delayed luggage! It was a farce and a very high cost. Never again and I will let all my wise circle of traveling friends not to use you or the company I used with regret.
Thankfully there was no need to file a claim. I did call after taking out the policy and my question was answered promptly by a polite knowledable person, which I appreciated. I will use Square Mouth again.
I had to call them because the dates were wrong ( I was my mistake ).
The customer service employee was polite and very professional and emailed me a new police with the new dates.
The claims process was straightforward. The processors needed more information and clarified what they expected without vague wording, leading to more time spent (as my friends are going through). I was able to get my claim settled weeks before the others. I appreciated the explanations for approval or denial as we went along.
After seeing how other insurance companies handle claims, I will use Seven Corners for all my future insurance needs.
