I attempted to purchase the insurance for my flight which left on the 28th, not the 29th as reflected. After I purchased the insurance, I received a message from the insurance company stating that although it was 11:00CST, the insurance would not be granted because I did not purchase before 12:00EST. The message stated I WOULD NOT BE COVERED, therefore; I purchased other insurance. Once I returned from my trip on 12/6/2011, I saw an email regarding coverage effective the day after I left. I should have been refunded the monies paid for the insurance since I was not covered.

Ever since my husbands father died while we were in Alaska about 7 years ago we have purchased your insurance on ever major trip we take and it just gives us the peace of mind we need to spend the money for the tripand not worry if anything happens our money will not be wasted as this policy covers all off your expenses to get to where you need to go, get you home, etc, etc. We love the cost and peace of mind the policy offers.
