Felt safe having our travel insurance. Luckily we didn't need to use it!

I purchased the wrong policy to begin with. Customer service helped me get the right one purchased and credit the one I did not need.

Insurance experience was excellent. We were able to get the coverage that we wanted, so we could have peace of mind while we were on our trip. As it happened, we didn't need to put in a claim, but we met people on our travels who had a range of accidents befall them that would have been covered if they had happened to us (fortunately, none were serious! , so we certainly felt we had done the right thing by purchasing insurance.

I was able to use my travel insurance at the hospital. it took me 3 hours to finally find out that I had to ip-ay out of pocket ($957.91) which was a real problem. It was Vithas Hospital in Malaga, Spain. The peron that Ispoke with was dtried very hard to work out the issue but the hospital said the needed a gaurentee of payment and they would provide a deffinate amount. I ended up paying so someone would see me.
This was distressing as I wasby myself and I was very upset by the attack that happened in Madrid. This should not be how this is dealt with. I was in pain mentally and physically and no one spoke english. I have PDSD from this and still have trouble sleeping through the night.

This policy provided me with peace of mind before and during our trip.

We had to cancel our trip due to health problems. Our claim was paid very rapidly. We were very satisfied with the insurance.

I had to extend my stay by two days, and the Seven Corners person explained my options for coverage the next two days. She was very helpful and explained my options.

Had to file a claim and was very pleased with how effortless and quick the process was. Thank you!
