If your trip is cancelled, immediately file an insurance claim: do not try to rearrange your trip because Seven Corners won't adjust coverage--or the insurance cost--after a short period of time. The Seven Corners telephone help line told me that the company would recompute the insurance cost after I rearranged my trip but I later found out from the company that this wasn't true.
Have had
to resubmit documents too many times
I spoke to two customer service representatives before making my decision about coverage. Both were knowledgeable and helpful. I would use your company for my next cruise.
The cruise line resolved the issue so I did not have to file a claim.
It was easy to navigate the website and when I called customer service with some questions, they answered pretty quickly.
Very informative in regards to medical coverage. Good directions provided in case of emergency medical need
Unfortunately, my father died before we could take our trip. Customer service agents were responsive and kind. However, the insurance company required a specific letter from the airline regarding our canceled flight. This was very strange, and difficult to obtain from a major carrier. Fortunately, Air France fully refunded our tickets even though the fare was non-refundable. So I didn't have to go through the insurance provider in the end. I felt like the insurance provider was putting up roadblocks in an already difficult situation.
