We had to cancel our trip due to medical concerns. I called to cancel or at least postpone the dates and was told it was too late and nothing could be done. We did not go on the trip and I called before any part of our trip was to start. Frustrating and I lost the full amount of funds that I paid for a product I could not use.

I needed to cancel my cruise the morning of cruise due to a medical condition. I was told that nothing could be done at that time.

my initial encounters with Seven Corners customer service were very positive, and I was led to believe that I had a valid claim, but when I actually filed the claim, my treatment was purely cold and mechanical, with no consideration of the special circumstances (sudden hospitalization and emergency surgery for my spouse in Japan) which had forced me to cancel my trip.

Buying travel insurance with Squaremouth was quick, easy and effective. When I had questions, I called customer service and they were responsive and helpful. This is my go to company for insurance when traveling.

Policy language is rather complex and customer service rep was until to provide definitive answers on benefits. In particular, out of pocket expenses (hotel, meals, transportation) incurred while husband was hospitalized out of town.

Did not realize till after I purchased that I only had insured for health. My mistake, but luckily did not need it.
